JMA-5300 series radars designed for installation on large-capacity vessels. The new data processing system provides access to a wide range of functions that were not previously used in radars of this class.
Map and radar display
Map information is integrated with the radar image, which allows you to get a complete picture. The screen displays not only the tracks of your ship, but also the tracks of other ships. Waypoints are also displayed, which makes navigation much easier.
Goal Augmentation Function (TEF)™
This exclusive JRC development improves the identification of small and weak echoes. In addition, the coastline is displayed with improved clarity. Thanks to complex data processing, small goals increase proportionally more than large ones. The TEF function is available in three levels: x5, x9, and x17.
Constaview™function
All data collected by the radar is stored in the system's memory. This allows you to quickly switch between display modes (for example, from “North-Top” to “Heading") or change the range, and the information on the screen will be updated instantly. This feature improves navigation and increases security, as targets that require attention are easily recognized in the new image.

A combination of keys and analog keyboard controls provides intuitive and precise controls. The fast processor of the radar system allows you to respond instantly to operator commands. It is also possible to control the radar through the screen.
Information on the screen
The menu of the radar system is simple and intuitive, controlled using the keyboard or mouse. The large screen allows you to simultaneously display both the radar image and important digital information.
