Category: Tag:

CETCME ME3004 AIS device for water search and rescue operations – it is a compact and lightweight location device designed for use in a variety of situations. It has buoyant properties and can be manually activated. The device complies with IEC61097-14 and ITU-R M. 1371 standards.

The ME3004 built-in dual-channel AIS transmitter in emergency situations allows you to quickly transmit a distress signal to surrounding vessels and coastal AIS stations. The signal contains GPS and Beidou (Compass) satellite navigation data, as well as user identification information, which allows you to organize quick self-evacuation or assistance from nearby vessels.

The ME3004 is ideal for use by crew members on ships, as well as for workers in hazardous environments. The device does not require maintenance for 5 years and does not require payment for communication, which makes it low-cost to operate.
