Satellite compass Samyung SGC-650

Samyung SGN-650 is a satellite compass from the Korean company Samyung, one of the world leaders in the production of navigation equipment. The compass provides a high level of accuracy and stability (0.3° rms), has a three-axis gyroscope, meets the rules of the International Maritime Organization MSC.116(73).
The satellite compass is easy to install and maintain, provides high data transfer rates up to 115200 bps and tracking speeds up to 45°/s The satellite compass is compatible with radars, ECDIS, AIS, autopilots. If the compass gets into a situation with a difficult GPS signal reception, for example, under a bridge or near the skyscraper, it may be replaced with gyroscope sensor and acceleration data. In addition to compliance and MO, the compass also meets the requirements of IEC 60945 (2002-08), IEC 61162 (2000). The Samyung SGN-650 satellite compass must be installed above other antennas. If this is not possible, it can be placed under the radar mast, however, this may interfere with GPS signal reception, connection, and reduce the accuracy of azimuth determination.
